***All SIGIL necklaces are personalized and made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks to process your shipment.
***Due to the personalized nature of SIGIL necklaces, all of our sales are final.
***All broken jewelry is fixed free of charge for 1 year after the sale of the item.
***The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on fix ups and requests.
***SIGIL is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
***On the rare occasion a product is received damaged, please email us at hello@sigilnecklace.com within 14 days of delivery. Additionally you will be refunded once the damaged item is returned.
***Some orders, especially those overseas, may require additional customs or import duty charges. Please take into consideration the customer will be responsible for these costs. Your local customs office will have more information regarding these costs.
